On Wednesday, June 7, Cooperator
Events once again welcomed thousands of board members, managers, building owners, vendors, and condo, co-op, and HOA residents from across the Garden State to the Meadowlands Exposition Center for the CooperatorEvents New Jersey Expo. The event has been a fixture on the calendars of multifamily real estate professionals and community leaders for over 15 years, and this show once again demonstrated why.
Expanding Education
As always, the Expo provided an invaluable opportunity for exhibitors to get their products and services in front of the people making decisions on behalf of their buildings and associations, as well as for attendees to learn about the latest in building services, attend informative seminars and expert panels, get free advice from legal and management pros, and meet the people who keep their multifamily communities running smoothly year after year.
In addition to the exhibitor booths, product demos, and networking, the Expo offered a full slate of in-depth educational programming. This spring’s show included seminars on everything from effective conflict management to addressing the safety risks posed by increasingly common battery-powered e-bikes. Many of the seminars drew standing-room-only crowds, with presenters and panelists fielding questions from audience members well after their presentations concluded.
For anyone who missed a seminar or wants to review one they attended, CooperatorNews has you covered! Seminars from the 2023 Expo as well as years past can be viewed on demand at nj.cooperatornews.com.
...and Much More!
In addition to all that, of course the New Jersey Expo included a whole lot of amenities and swag, including a well-appointed food court, free legal advice booths, product demos, and valuable giveaways from exhibitors throughout the day.
And if you missed the show, never fear —CooperatorEvents is already gearing up for next year! The 2024 CooperatorEvents New Jersey Expo will be back at the Meadowlands Exposition Center in Secaucus on Wednesday, June 5, and will include all of the free seminars, networking, and connection exhibitors and attendees have come to expect.
